The 21st film festival "Black Nights" (PÖFF) takes place In Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, from the 17th of November till the 3rd of December 2017. It is one of the largest and most peculiar film festivals in Northern Europe and the only one film festival in the region which enters the TOP of 15 world film festivals.More than two hundred pictures are presented at the festival including 13 Russian films.
