Florian Bruckner
Florian Bruckner, born 1984 in Munich, played the trumpet during his school days for the “Riedringer Musikanten”.
He graduated from high-school, became a trained assistant paramedic and was discovered for a television role by sheer coincidence, which put him in 2002 for the first time in front of the camera for Dagmar Hirtz’ movie “Der Tod is kein Beweis” . Other roles for television and theatre follow. On stage he performed at the Munich Theatre in plays such as “Geierwally”, “Der Rauber Kneissl” and “Der Brandner Kaspar”, for television he was casted in Thomas Berger’s “Weihnachtsmann uber Bord”, Bernd Fischauer’s “Appolonia” and Dagmar Hirtz’ “Sie ist meine Mutter”. His debut on the big screen followed in 2002 with the drama “Weisse Stille”. Other movies to his record are Marcus H. Rosenmuller’s “Beste Zeit” and “Beste Gegend”, followed by the third movie by Marcus H. Rosenmuller: “Rauber Kneissl”. In 2009 Florian Bruckner was casted for “Faust” directed by Alexander Sokurov followed 2010 by "The Three Musketeers" together with this years Academy Award Winner Christoph Waltz and directed by Paul W.S. Anderson.
