Isolde Dychauk

Isolda Dychauk was born in Surgut in 1993 and moved to Berlin together with her family at the age of 9. Within a short period of time she learnt German and was able to speak it in addition to her mother tongue Russian without any accent. She gave up her greatest passion (Classic ballet) because of the requests to act and had her first experiences playing next to Marianne Saegebrecht in the 2007 TV production „Das Geheimnis meiner Schwester“ by Bettina Woernle. She took part in other productions such as „Polizeiruf 110“ directed by Bodo Fuerneisen, „Gefährliches Vertrauen“ and Tatort „Borowski und das Mädchen im Moor“. Isolda got  her first cinema role in 2008 in the picture directed by Nana Neul „Mein Freund aus Faro“ and in 2009 she had the privilege to play Gretchen in the movie " FAUST" under the direction of Alexander Sokurov. Isolda is a student at Menzel High School in Berlin and turned 17 in February 2010.
